My name is Gemini, but my foster family has been calling me Gemma for the past month. We got off to a rough start because I was so afraid of all of the other dogs in this crazy house! I have learned to tolerate being surrounded by other dogs, but sometimes when they start acting up and getting wild it is all I can do to control myself. For that reason, I would probably do best in a single dog home. I like to cuddle and I do not need to be crated when you are not home because I have absolutely perfect house manners. I am a very good girl in the car and even though I am a friendly gal, I am also a good watchdog who will let you know if someone is walking by the fence! And of course, I am totally housebroken! I am a quiet girl who does not jump up on people, but I will admit that my leash manners need some work. รข?? As you can see from my photos, I have flying nun ears that I can manipulate into many different configurations! I am a big girl, who is tall, muscular and I weigh about 75 lbs. I DO NOT LIKE CATS! If you have a cat, please carry on to the next dog's bio. I will not share my residence with those of the feline persuasion. The vet estimated my age at around 1 1/2 to 2 years old. I have not been spayed yet since I have something called heartworms. Apparently this involves me getting some painful shots in the near future. I am NOT looking forward to this one little bit. I will not be available for adoption until after I have finished my heart worm treatment and then I will need to have my puppy-maker removed.
